1. Who we are

This website (funboy.ro) is operated by S.C. Funktastic S.R.L., registered with the Trade Register under number J 40/12851/2016, with the unique registration code RO 36582805 and its registered office at Calea Moșilor 35, 1st floor, room 6, Sector 3, Bucharest. Legal representative: George Gache.

We are a personal data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law No. 190/2018.

2. What data we collect

Contact form

When you fill in the form on the site, we collect your: name, email, phone number, event date, city, number of guests, preferred package, additional details.

Automatically collected technical data

When you visit the site, our server and third-party services (Cloudflare, embedded YouTube videos) automatically process: your IP address (anonymized), browser type, device, time of visit, pages visited and links you click.

If you press “Accept all” in the cookie banner, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are switched on as well, and they receive data about your visit: pages viewed, device, length of the visit and cursor movements on the page. Without “Accept all”, these two services are not loaded.

3. Why we collect this data (legal basis)

• Contact form - legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request, to prepare the quote (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Data is kept for a maximum of 3 years.
• Technical cookies - legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); they do not need consent.
• Statistics and visit recordings (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) - legal basis: your consent, given by pressing “Accept all” (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time from the Cookie Policy.
• Tax obligations - invoices for contracts concluded are kept for 10 years, as required by Romanian financial legislation.

4. Who we share data with

Your data is NOT sold. We share it only with:

• Cloudflare Inc. - hosting + DDoS protection (US/EU servers)
• Google LLC (YouTube) - embedded promotional videos
• Google LLC (Google Analytics) - visit statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies
• Microsoft Corporation (Clarity) - analysis of behavior on the page, only if you accept analytics cookies
• WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Inc. - if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp
• Competent authorities - only upon a lawful request

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access - to find out what data we hold about you
• Rectification - to have inaccurate data corrected
• Erasure ("the right to be forgotten")
• Restriction of processing
• Portability - to receive your data in a structured format
• Objection to processing
• Withdrawal of consent at any time
• Complaint to the ANSPDCP - the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro)

To exercise your rights, send a request to gache.geo@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days at most.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: HTTPS encryption, restricted access, periodic backups. However, no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is always available on this page. Significant changes will be announced through a visible notice on the site.
