Terms and Conditions

This is an English version provided for convenience. If the two versions differ, the Romanian version applies.

1. The parties

Provider: S.C. Funktastic S.R.L., unique registration code (CUI) RO 36582805, Trade Register no. J 40/12851/2016, registered office at Calea Moșilor 35, 1st floor, room 6, Sector 3, Bucharest. Legal representative and lead artist: George Gache (FunBoy MagiComedy).

Client: the individual or legal entity that requests and/or purchases a show through the form on funboy.ro, by phone, email, WhatsApp or any other communication channel.

2. Subject matter

The Provider offers artistic entertainment services - a magic and comedy show (MagiComedy), close-up walk-around magic (MicroMagic) or a combo of the two - in line with the packages listed on funboy.ro.

3. Booking and confirmation

• An initial quote request sent through the form / by email / on WhatsApp does NOT constitute a confirmed booking.
• The booking becomes firm after the Provider's written confirmation and (where applicable) payment of a deposit of 35% of the package value and/or signature of a contract.
• For corporate events outside Bucharest or abroad (UAE, Qatar, etc.), a written contract with specific clauses is signed.

4. Prices

• Prices are shown in EUR and do not include VAT. VAT is added only if the company issuing the invoice is a VAT payer, in accordance with Romanian law in force at the time the service is performed.
• Payment is made in EUR or RON at the BNR (National Bank of Romania) exchange rate on the invoice date.
• For shows outside Bucharest, the following are added: transport (€0.3/km), per diem (€30/artist/day) and accommodation (where applicable, €30/artist/day).
• MicroMagic rates apply for a minimum of 2 hours, or as part of a package with a MagiComedy show.

5. The "Pay only if you're entertained" guarantee

• This guarantee applies to the standard packages offered on funboy.ro.
• For corporate events with a tax invoice and a written contract, payment is made by the due date set in the contract - in this case, the guarantee works as a 100% refund if the Client states their dissatisfaction, with reasons, within 24 hours of the show at the latest.
• The guarantee does NOT cover: impossible staging requirements, a hostile audience, or the show being forcibly interrupted by the Client.

6. Cancellation

• Cancellation by the Client more than 14 days before the event: no penalty.
• Cancellation between 14 and 3 days before: the actual costs incurred are withheld (booked transport, accommodation, etc.).
• Cancellation less than 72 hours before: 50% of the contract value is withheld.
• Cancellation by the Provider (illness, force majeure): full refund or rescheduling to an agreed date.

7. Changes

Any change to the date, venue or package must be communicated in writing (email / WhatsApp) and reconfirmed by both parties.

8. Technical requirements

For the stage show: a minimum space of 4×3 m, a 220V power outlet no more than 15 m away, lighting and sound included (or coordination with the local stage crew).

9. Events in shopping malls

To get the project started, the artist may contact the mall supervisor directly, whose contact details the Client provides; the supervisor will give the artist access to the offices, where they will receive all the information and instructions needed to carry out the activity.

10. Image rights

The Provider may use photos and video clips filmed at events for its portfolio, social media and promotional materials only with the Client's prior consent, given in writing (email or WhatsApp is enough).

11. Disputes

Any disagreement shall be settled amicably. Failing that, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts for the area of the Provider's registered office (Bucharest).
